Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, there are no cancellation fees. For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be 50% of the total cost of the reservation penalty fee. In case of departure prior to the arranged date or in case of non show, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay. Last minute bookings cannot be modified or cancelled without penalty.
